Returns
Our return window is 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, your order is no longer eligible for a return or refund.
To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be approved before shipping anything back. Returns received without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return label has been purchased, your return must be physically received by us within 14 days of the label purchase date to be eligible for a refund. We recommend shipping immediately after purchasing your label.
Returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included. Returns received in non-original packaging may be subject to rejection or a reduced refund.
A $30 restocking fee applies to all cash refunds. The restocking fee is waived for store credit.
Refunds
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. If you selected store credit, it will be applied to your account immediately upon receipt.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Ingredient-based products including serums are non-refundable for sanitary reasons.
Worry Free Delivery is non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before fulfillment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return, please check your bank account first, then contact your card issuer as processing times vary. If the issue persists, contact us at hi@regenalight.com.
Store Credit
As an alternative to a cash refund, you may select store credit with no restocking fee. Store credit is issued as Shopify account credit and is applied to your account immediately upon receipt of your return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items that are defective or damaged only. Photo documentation of the defect is required. Approved exchanges will be shipped at no cost to you and do not require return of the defective unit.
Warranty
RegenaLight products are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects including LED malfunction, charging port failure, and device failure under normal use. It does not cover physical damage from drops or misuse, water damage, or damage from use of third-party chargers. Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only.

Gifts
Items purchased as gifts and shipped directly to the recipient will receive store credit upon return. Items not marked as gifts at purchase will be refunded to the original purchaser.
Free Products
Items received free of charge are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Return Shipping
All returns are processed through our self-service returns portal. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return authorizations are valid for 10 days from the date of initiation. If a return label is purchased but the item is not shipped within 10 days, the return authorization will expire automatically and the item will no longer be eligible for return or refund.
